  • Closing timeframes circa 30-40 days from receipt of all documentation

Option 3 Zero Document Loans

  • Interest rate10.25%
  • Prepayment penalty of 2% of the capital balnace for one year
  • Interest only
  • ID and proof of funds, NO OTHER DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
  • Purchase must be in the name of an LLC (we can set it up as part of the process)
  • No reserves required

  • Closing timeframes circa 21-30 days
